National Mortgage Loan Originator SAFE Course

On May 4, 2009, the New Jersey Residential Mortgage Lending Act (RMLA) was signed into law creating a new license law for New Jersey's mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers. The Act requires the education, testing, and licensure of mortgage load originators (MLOs), who will also be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR).

This NMLS 3-day course fulfills the 20 hours of pre-license education required under the SAFE Act. Course includes all mandatory hours for federal law, ethics, non-traditional mortgage products and 4 hours of New Jersey state law.
