The Kovats Schools and You
Your success starts with your enrollment in your choice of courses in the
Kovats Schools. We offer the finest instruction in the real estate profession.
More than a mere license preparation facility, we are as committed to your
success as you are!
Prerequisites
Real Estate salesperson applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a
high school diploma or equivalency certificate, and be a legal resident of the
U.S. An insurance producer applicant must be a resident of New
Jersey, or of a nonresident, have his or her principle place of business in New
Jersey.
School Facilities
Classes are held at easy to reach
locations. Each classroom is selected on the basis of student
convenience as well as for its instructional facilities.
Accreditation
FRANK W. KOVATS, INC. is approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission to
conduct license preparation courses for real estate salesperson and broker, by
the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance for those seeking an
insurance producers license, and by the New Jersey Board of Real Estate
Appraisers, for persons seeking to be licensed or certified as real estate
appraisers.
Immediate Certification
Upon satisfactory completion of the course, you will be provided with a
Certificate of Completion and an application for the state examination.
Continued Training
To receive the necessary Certificate of Completion, you must achieve a passing
grade on the examination given for your specific course. You are entitled to
attend FREE any future classes for a period of one year after your
initial enrollment, space permitting. This special benefit is at
absolutely no cost to you!
Registration
You may register by filling out the Enrollment Application with a $75 non
refundable registration fee, deducted from tuition. We will not confirm your registration. If, however, any course
is cancelled, or is closed, you will be notified and your tuition will be
refunded. THE SCHOOL CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A REGISTRANT'S DECISION NOT TO
CONTINUE A COURSE. School will require written notice 5 business days prior to
the start of first class for a tuition refund. A Transfer fee of $35 is
required when moving from one course date to another once class has started.
