Real Estate Broker Self-Paced Online Courses

New Jersey Real Estate Broker Course: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COURSE UNLESS YOU'VE BEEN A FULL-TIME REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON FOR AT LEAST THE PRIOR 3 YEARS.

This is the class to become a real estate broker. All course material is included in tuition. This class is self-paced online instruction. This class comes in the form of a series of modules that once completed will ultimately result in you becoming eligible for the state exam to become a real estate broker.
Upon signing up you will receive information regarding how to access our self-paced online class. The difference between this and our live instructor led class is that the self-paced class does not have a live instructor, and you can take the classes whenever you'd like, whether it be 4 am or 4 pm.

Tuition: $979

Prerequisites: To obtain a real estate broker license in New Jersey you are required to be at least 18 years of age, have a high school education or equivalent, successfully complete 150 hours of instruction at a school approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, pass a state examination, furnish evidence of good moral character and be a full-time real estate salespersons for at least the prior 3 years. A broker candidate must be a legal resident of the United States, but does not have to be a citizen.
